DF Cut is a patented technology which is based on the motion study of the body in order to improve the design of the Mizuno products.
These researches allow Mizuno to create apparels which perfectly espouse the body during effort enabling a better suppleness in the motion.
Support and protection are thus guaranteed. Moreover, apparels are created with the DF Cut system in order that Mizuno products are adapted to each sport.


Products adapted to the practice of judo
Before their commercialization, judogis are tested in collaboration with the National Team of Japan.
 

Mizuno decided to apply technology DF Cut to the Judogis, by studying the movements of the judokas.  This analysis, computer-assisted, made it possible to highlight the movements characteristics and the zones of tensions specific to the practice of the judo.

These studies made it to design a clothing perfectly adapted to the practice of judo, which is able to follow the movement of the judoka, without slowing down him, nor to block him in the execution of his techniques.

To be powerful, efficient and pleasant, the Judogi must accompany the movements of the judokas in the most natural possible way. 

With this intention, the designers of Sozo Studio undertook  several studies about the skin elasticity and its manner of  following the muscles movements.
